Faithful Is the Word

Beloved brothers in Christ, rejoice in the Lord. We believe firmly in the unfailing words of our Lord, who said, "For where two or three are gathered in My name, there am I in the midst of them."

So, with the blessing, not of bishops, not of priests, but of Him Himself, our Lord Jesus Christ, who is here among us today, we begin our evening talks. Our speaker is a theologian from Greece. Many people claim the title of theologian in our days.

Most people think theologians are those who managed to receive a degree from some theological school. But the great Fathers of our Church have a different view. Saint Gregory the Theologian considers that the one who knows how to pray is called a theologian.

Another great father of our Church, and he too was named Gregory. Saint Gregory Palamas, the Archbishop of Thessalonica, holds that a theologian is not the one who has learned many things about Christ.

Rather, it is the one who has suffered many things for Christ.

Such a theologian we have today, by God's blessing, and we have the honor of hosting him here: a theologian who recently suffered while defending the name, the name above every name, the name of the Lord Jesus Christ.

Mr. Nikolaos Sotiropoulos. He is known to all of you; he is the founder of our brotherhood. We welcome him to our city, to Toronto, to this hall, and we wish him a good stay and good strength. May God illumine him to preach the Word of God, to preach the truth, and may He illumine us to hear the Word of God. And I invite him to come up to the podium. Thank you.

Chosen according to the foreknowledge of God the Father; chosen because He chose you. The Holy Spirit set you apart from the impious and unbelieving world; chosen because you have been chosen to obey Jesus Christ, the Author of the faith.

And to be sprinkled, to be washed, to be cleansed with His blood. Rejoice in the Lord always; again I will say, rejoice. Rejoice also in tribulations, and in persecutions, and in all trials, and in all sufferings.

Just as the Apostles and all the Saints of our Faith rejoiced. Rejoice with the pure and true joy of our Lord.

From your homeland I bring the heartfelt greeting of our Missionary Brotherhood of the Cross, and of the head of the brotherhood, Father Augustinos Kantiotis.

God has counted me worthy, beloved, to be once again near the children of our homeland who live far away. The theme of my talk was given to me by yesterday's apostolic reading, which we heard in the holy churches of the Church.

"Faithful is the word"; so cries the Apostle, the greatest Apostle, Paul, who ascended to the heavens; the first after the One, the greatest man after the God-Man, the one who came to Greece and made us Christians. "Faithful is the word." What does faithful mean?

Faithful means true, right, correct. Toward the end of yesterday's apostolic reading, we also heard the greeting: "Greet those who love us in faith." My child Titus, says the Apostle, greet those who love us in truth. That is what "in faith" means.

Those who truly love us, because there were also false brethren. And in every age there are false brethren. That is why the Apostle makes the distinction and says, "Greet those who love us in faith." Greet those who truly love us.

Here, "in faith" means in truth, and "faithful" in the same apostolic reading means true. Faithful is the word; true is the word; upright is the word; right is the word.

Which word, my brethren, is faithful and true? Is it the word of the journalists? Journalists write in newspapers and magazines, they speak on the radio, they speak on television, and they shape, as people say, public opinion, and they make up, as people also say, the fourth power.

But is the word of journalists true? We may make an exception for a very few journalists.

If you ask me, from all the newspapers of the Greek homeland, which one a person could approve, I would answer you: only one, with a small circulation, because the nation has fallen spiritually, Estia.

Foreigners have written that in Greece only Estia cannot be bought. Journalists often do not have a faithful and truthful word. Why? Because they are not free, inwardly or outwardly. The poor men are slaves to the owners of the newspapers, the radio stations, and the television stations.

And their word is the voice of their masters.

Many times they do not write according to conscience. They write as the owners of the media want them to write. They write many lies, they distort truths; they are the people who make falsehood into truth and truth into falsehood, the moral into immoral and the immoral into moral, ugliness into beauty and beauty into ugliness.

Journalists are in the front rank of those responsible for the corruption and downfall of peoples. They do not even respect the news. The news, someone said, is a sacred matter; yet they do not even report the news exactly as it is. In our time journalists of Europe and America are spreading misinformation; they are committing a terrible distortion of the truth and misinformation against the Orthodox, Serbian, heroic, and martyric people.

That people has justice on its side, and the journalists of the West place justice on the side of the opponents of this heroic and martyric people.

Faithful is the word; true is the word. Which word is true? Is it political speech? The word of political men? Political men are the greatest demagogues, the greatest flatterers of the people, the greatest liars and deceivers. They speak, speak, speak; they promise, promise, promise; and many times they do not carry out even a small part of their promises.

A politician of the Greek homeland, who fought against all ideals, who struggled to make the homeland without ideals, what did he declare a few years ago? "In politics, things happen that are not said, and things are said that do not happen."

In other words, politics is falsehood, it is deception, it is Machiavellianism, it is dishonor. Do not put your trust in journalists, and do not put your trust in politicians. From the Greek homeland there passed one politician who was honorable through and through, sincere, and full of love for the homeland: Kapodistrias. And we murdered him as he was going to the church to attend the service.

From that time onward the Greek nation saw no progress. Never be carried away with enthusiasm for politicians. It is rare to find a politician with conscience, with love for the homeland, and with sacrifice. Faithful is the word; true is the word. Whose word is true? Is it the word of the philosophers? Philosophers are considered great and lofty minds. But is their word truly true?

Philosophers, my beloved, make labyrinthine and dark reflections, and many times they themselves do not understand what they are saying and writing. Philosophy has not solved even one of the metaphysical problems of the world.

He too was a philosopher who said that philosophy is nothing other than the history of the errors of the human spirit. As many philosophers as there are, so many philosophies there are. The books of the philosophers are full of delusions. Philosophers are answerable for the unbelief and atheism that exist in the world.

Proud spirits try, with their speculations and their incomprehensible ideas, to exalt themselves, to become objects of admiration, while in reality they are worthy of pity, because most philosophers do not have the purity of spirit that simple people have.

Simple people, farmers and shepherds high up in the mountains, see the majesty of nature; they see the beauty, the wisdom of God, the power of God in nature, on earth and in heaven, and they confess that God exists. And many philosophers cannot see this simple and great truth which the simple and humble spirits of men can see.

Faithful is the word; true is the word. Whose word is faithful and true? Is the word of the scientists faithful and true? Scientists are above the people of the previous categories, above journalists, above politicians, above philosophers.

They are more serious minds. God gave science; that is what Holy Scripture says, because God gave the nous, the spiritual intellect, and planted within the spirits of men the inclination for inquiry, for knowledge.

But even science has only relative value, my brothers. Science means knowledge, but what science knows, compared with what it does not know, is a drop in the ocean. Socrates, who was a humble philosopher, and for this reason is also the greatest philosopher of the ages, what did he say? "One thing I know: that I know nothing."

For whatever the humble man knows, he understands that it is nothing before all that he does not know. In any case, however, scientists are superior, practical men, and they offer precious services to the world.

Nevertheless, the word of scientists too is often not faithful, not true.

Medicine, for example, is a science. At one time it told us, "This medicine is life-saving." Now it tells us about the same medicine, "It is destructive; it must be withdrawn from circulation." Science too changes its theories. Faithful is the word, true is the word. Whose word is faithful, true? Is it the word of the clergy, of priests and hierarchs?

I will be forced, my beloved, to speak bitter truths. We are religious people. We recognize the priesthood; we are not anarchists. We respect the priesthood, and we confess that within the priesthood there are clergy of great worth.

There are Saints, grace-filled men, and wonderworkers. I know clergy in our homeland who are Saints and wonderworkers, like the Saints we read about in the books, like the wonderworkers we read about in the books of the Church.

But most clergy, and this is the dark truth, are professionals, and some are scandal-makers. They do not always speak the truth. Many times they speak falsehood, according to the various influences upon them, and according to the aims and interests they pursue.

Annas was a high priest; Caiaphas was a high priest. They held the Old Testament in their hands, the book of God, yet they spoke a word that was not faithful, not true. What did they say? That Jesus of Nazareth was a deceiver, a fraud, an evildoer, Beelzebul.

And that by Beelzebul, the ruler of the demons, He casts out demons. Was this word of the high priests true? And it was not only the word of the high priests; it was also the word of the priests who were servants of the high priests.

The high priests summoned the Apostles, rebuked them severely, and gave them a strict command not to preach about Christ. Was this word right? Was it true, that the Apostles should not preach about Christ?

It was not right. That is why the Apostles did not obey, and they declared, "It is impossible for us not to preach about Christ." And they went, provocatively, I would say, and stood in the Temple area and preached about Christ.

Arius was a priest, a magnificent and educated priest, yet deformed in soul. And he had many admirers; he was a charmer of that age.

But what did he say? He said that Christ is not God, exactly what his distant grandchildren say, the false witnesses of Jehovah. I ask you: was the word of Arius faithful, was it true, that Christ is not God? That word was the greatest lie. The greatest impiety and blasphemy and heresy.

It shook the Church for more than a hundred years. Macedonius was a Patriarch, and what did Macedonius say? That the Holy Spirit is not one of the Holy Trinity, that there is no Holy Trinity, that the Holy Spirit is not God. Was this word of the Patriarch faithful, true? It was an equally great lie, an equally great blasphemy and impiety and heresy, just like the impiety and heresy of Arius.

Let us come to our own time. Some people think that no one should speak and criticize the priesthood. This is what dissolved the Church, says John Chrysostom, the greatest father and teacher of the Church.

This is what has thrown everything inside the Church into confusion: that we do not rebuke, and we do not accept rebuke, and the faithful people allow certain ruthless clergy to be unrestrained and to trample upon sacred and holy things. And there are unhealthy types, diseased minds, pious but damaged people, as Saint Paisios would say, that great grace-filled man of the Holy Mountain who reposed recently, pious but damaged people, who say, "Do not touch the priest."

"Do not take the bishop into your hands; he is a coal that will burn you, that will blacken you." Where did they find this saying? It is not in the Old Testament. It is not in the New Testament. It is not in the books of the Fathers.

In Greece we have a dictator Archbishop. All the supposedly democratic governments keep him in power, because he says yes to everyone, yes, and he approves all the anti-Christian laws, and he does not protest, and he does not struggle against any anti-Christian law they vote through in Parliament.

What did this Archbishop say? You love your homeland, you love the Church, and you must hear this, so that you may hurt even more. He said to a journalist:

"Do you go to church, man?" "Yes, I go to church, Your Beatitude." "How many times a year?" "At Pascha, for fifteen minutes, with my big candle." "Well done, my child. That is piety. Every Sunday, that is hypocrisy. Once is enough: at Pascha, for fifteen minutes, with the big candle."

Is this word faithful, true, and right: that we should go to Church only for a quarter of an hour at Pascha, holding a candle?

Within the Synod of the Hierarchy, the struggling Metropolitan of Florina said to the Archbishop: Your Beatitude, dark forces are undermining and corrupting the Church. The Hierarchy should issue an encyclical, a decision against Freemasonry.

No, said the Archbishop.

Is this answer of the Archbishop a faithful word, a true word?

There are priests and bishops who say that religious organizations are the greatest calamity in the Church. They are beside the Church, outside the Church, Protestant.

And a pseudo-theologian came here to Canada and said the same things.

An ascetic archimandrite, the most educated and wise archimandrite, who reposed a few years ago, Epiphanios Theodoropoulos, said that if the religious organizations, the missionary brotherhoods, had not existed, it is doubtful whether we would find even one spiritual person in Greece. All the rest of us, some directly and others indirectly, have come to know Christ through the work of the Orthodox Missionary Brotherhoods. And priests and hierarchs who have no spirituality envy the workers of the Gospel, who live a coenobitic and missionary life, and they say that this is outside the Church.

And are those ecclesiastical who collect the money and swim in money?

The one who is outside the Church is the one who is a heretic.

What heresy did the missionary brotherhoods of our homeland preach? And yet they are accused of being outside the Church and Protestant.

So the word of priests and hierarchs by which they accuse the Missionary Brotherhoods is not faithful and true. On the contrary, the Missionary Brotherhoods are the choicest parts of the Church.

There are priests and hierarchs who say to Christians: Do not go to hear a sermon from this or that preacher. But that preacher, whoever he may be, is Orthodox. He preaches the Gospel, he preaches the greatness of Orthodoxy, he fights heresy. Why, my dear father, why, my bishop, do you persecute him? He preaches without charge. He did not ask you for money. He came to dig your field for free. You have the responsibility to cultivate the people, and he comes freely to dig your field, and they tell Christians not to go and hear his sermon. This is not a faithful and true word.

This is a false word, a satanic word. And whoever obeys such a word will go together with these impious persecutors of preaching into Hell.

Do you know what fearful word Christ spoke?

Who were, my brothers, the most wretched and utterly miserable people mentioned in the Old Testament? The Sodomites were destroying themselves, males with males. God rained down fire and brimstone and burned them up.

Even to this day, in that place, at the Dead Sea, not even a mosquito thrives. And yet what did Christ say to His disciples? If you go into a city to preach the Gospel and they do not receive you, know that on the day of Judgment those people, the people who do not receive the preaching of the Gospel, will be punished more severely than Sodom and Gomorrah, because those people were corrupted and perverted in the body.

But whoever fights against the Gospel, against the preaching of the Gospel, against the preachers of the Gospel, is corrupted and perverted in the soul.

Faithful is the word, and worthy of all acceptance.

An Archbishop who reigns in the Fifth Continent, on the day of Christmas,

preached, through a written sermon, in the churches of the Fifth Continent, of Australia. What did he preach? That Christ was imperfect and sinful.

This same Archbishop declared that the work of Kazantzakis and Scorsese, The Last Temptation, which presents our Lord as a fornicator, with demons, given over to fornication from childhood, with shameful relations with the Magdalene, this work that presents Christ as self-absorbed and calls Him a coward and other terrible things, that this work is a living, a very living text that shows the human side of Christ, that there is no blasphemy at all in this work, that it carries a great message.

The same Archbishop preached that Orthodoxy and Papism are one Church. The same Archbishop, together with representatives of ten Churches, nine, eight Orthodox Churches, last year, in June, in Lebanon, said, wrote, and signed that Orthodoxy is not the one Holy Catholic and Apostolic Church, but is the same thing as the Papal Church, and even the Unia.

The same Archbishop preached that man is a beast, that he descends from the ape, and that Holy Scripture is one great fairy tale. Stylianos Harkianakis, Archbishop of Australia, I denounce him here also in Canada.

This Antichrist went up to Constantinople, to the Phanar, and led astray the so-called Greater and Supercomplete Synod, and it excommunicated me, instead of honoring the courage I had to rebuke his dreadful heresies.

I know that it is invalid. My Lord, whose name I defended, said to His own:

Blessed are you, happy are you, when men cast you out, when they excommunicate you, for My name's sake. Rejoice and leap for joy on that day of excommunication; jump up and down with joy, for great is your reward in heaven. But he says: I do not say 'great is your reward'; I say something else. With this unjust excommunication I have paid off many sins. I ask you, my brothers: is this statement of the Archbishop of Australia faithful and true? It is an impious, blasphemous, heretical, horrific statement.

Why did I say all this? Because of this partial priest-mania and priest-worship, whatever foolishness and whatever blasphemy is uttered gets accepted. But the true Christians, the heroes and martyrs and confessors of the faith, the first Christians, when on one occasion they thought that the Apostle Peter, the foremost of the Twelve, had not followed the right course, they put him in the dock and judged him.

And Peter did not say, I am an Apostle, I am beyond examination, you cannot examine me. No, the Apostle Peter did not say such a thing, but sat down humbly and gave explanations to the people of God. The people of God are the Church, and they are able to examine even Apostles.

In general, my brothers, we cannot say that the word of man is faithful and true, because among the words of men there are also false words, deceptive words, words contrary to the truth and to the will of God.

What does Scripture say about man, about man in general? Let God be true, and every man a liar. Let every man be acknowledged as a liar, for he also tells lies. Let only God be acknowledged as true. There used to be, there is, a saying about priests, about hierarchs: the lips of a priest do not lie, the lips of a hierarch do not lie. The lips of priests cannot tell lies; the lips of hierarchs cannot tell lies. Someone pronounced this saying differently: the lips of a priest do not lie, the lips of a hierarch do not lie. The greatest lies in our time are told by the ecumenist clergy, priests and hierarchs who are ecumenists,

and they keep telling us, Orthodox and Papists and Protestants, we are all the same. They put the Orthodox into the same sack with the Papists, with the whole swarm of the heresies of Protestantism, which have reached the point of marrying men to men.

Into the same sack they are beginning, timidly at first, to put even the other religious people, and to say that Muslims, Buddhists, demon-worshippers, we are all the same. Did the Pope not gather, years ago, in Assisi in Italy, representatives of the various Christian confessions and the various religions, so that they might all pray together for the peace of the world? Among them was also a representative of the Greek Orthodox Church, an Archbishop, and the Christians were praying and saying, Christ, give Your peace to the earth. Beside them the Muslims were praying and saying, Allah, Allah, give your peace to the earth.

Beside them the Satan-worshippers were praying and saying, our sweet Satan, give your peace to the earth. The ecumenists want to unite us with such people. And they tell us, we are all the same. This word is not faithful; it is not true.

It is a heretical word; it is a satanic word. What word is faithful, always faithful, always true, absolutely faithful, absolutely true? The Word of God, my brothers, of the God in Trinity, the only true God, of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit.

What does Isaiah say about God? He is the God of Amen, the God of Truth. What did Christ say about Himself? I am the way, and the truth, and the life.

He did not simply say, I teach the truth, but He said a far greater word, which no one ever dared to say about himself, nor even imagined saying. What did Christ say? I am the truth. And what does the Apostle John say about the Holy Spirit? The Spirit is the truth.

The Spirit is the truth; the God in Trinity is the Truth with a capital T, He is Truth itself. And one great reason why the Son of God came into the world was to preach the truth. What did He declare before Pilate? For this I was born, and for this I have come into the world, to bear witness to the truth.

For this I, Christ, was born, and for this I came into the world: to give My witness to the truth, the highest truth, the saving truth. What does the Apocalypse say about Christ? Christ, He is the Witness, the faithful and true One; He is the Amen, the true One, the Truth, Truth itself, the mouth that cannot lie.

The Word of God, He is faithful, He is true, He is right, He is correct, one hundred percent, and He is the almighty Word. By the word of the Lord the heavens were established. By the Word of God the heavens were created. Look upward. Let us not constantly look downward, toward the dirt, toward the mud, toward the filth. Let us look upward. We are called human beings. What does human being mean?

The one who looks upward, who turns his gaze above. No animal walks upright; only man stands upright, so that he can look at Heaven. Ask the astronomers how many galaxies there are. Billions, trillions, some astronomers say.

And how many stars does each galaxy have? On average, each galaxy has one hundred billion. And how large is each star? Thousands, and millions, and billions, or even trillions, or even more times larger than the earth. I was saying at the gathering of the young people: is the earth not large?

And yet the sun, this sun that rose today as well and gave us a sunny day, and set a little while ago, this sun is almost one and a half million times larger than the earth. And this sun is considered a small dwarf before most of the suns of the universe.

Another sun in our galaxy, Antares, is sixty-four million times larger than our own sun, which is almost one and a half million times larger than the earth. Great art Thou, O Lord, and wondrous are Thy works.

Great art Thou, O Lord, and great is the foolishness of the unbelievers and the atheists.

How did God make this boundless universe, with its countless stars? He made it by His word. He spoke, and they came to be; He commanded, and they were created. He spoke a word, and the worlds came into being. He gave a command, and the worlds were created.

And how are the worlds governed, these countless, enormous spheres that whirl through the vastness at dizzying speeds, and make many movements at the same time around different centers, movements that can be expressed in mathematical formulas?

Who, my beloved, made these movements, who causes these movements of the universe? Who governs the universe? What does the Epistle to the Hebrews say about Jesus Christ, the author of our faith? Upholding all things by the word of His power. Christ, by His almighty Word, governs the worlds.

By His almighty Word He performed the greatest miracle, a completely inconceivable miracle: He created matter and the worlds out of nothing. And by His almighty Word He governs the worlds; otherwise the stars would have fallen on our heads, and especially on the heads of the foolish, the unbelievers, and the atheists.

By the Word of God, Christ, the incarnate God, God made man, performed countless miracles and still performs countless miracles. By the word of Christ the Church was founded, and the word of Christ was a prophetic word: that the Church would never be overthrown.

From within, clergy and laity undermine the Church through inconsistency of life, through betrayals, and through countless scandals across the centuries. And from without, many dark powers have fought the Church across the centuries with cunning, with rage, and with bloodthirsty fury.

But the Church is not dissolved. The unbelievers, the atheists, the scandal-makers, and the traitors are dissolved. The Church remains unto the ages, because Christ said it, and the word of Christ is true and almighty.

And never deny the Church because of bad laypeople, bad priests, or bad hierarchs. No! The Church is one thing; the representatives of the Church are another; and the dead members of the Church are another. The Word of God is contained in Holy Scripture and in the Holy Tradition of the Church.

Read Holy Scripture, my brothers. At another time here in Toronto I gave talks on the divine inspiration of Holy Scripture. With arguments I proved that Holy Scripture is truly the Word of God: a true word, an infallible word. Holy Scripture, even when it says things that seem like great fairy tales, speaks a faithful and true word.

What does Genesis, the first book of the Old Testament, tell us? Human beings, Genesis says, had become flesh, worshippers of the flesh, given over to sexual indulgence. They ignored their spirit and committed every shameful act and every orgy to gratify their flesh.

And God opened the floodgates of heaven, and for forty days and nights it rained, and the level of the water rose above the mountains and covered even the peaks of the mountains, and all human beings drowned, except for eight souls who entered into Noah's Ark. What did the unbelievers say, what did the atheists say? Moses writes great fairy tales.

Today, by many different scientific methods, it has been proved that the flood was not a fairy tale but a fact, and indeed a worldwide fact. Faithful is the word of Scripture; true is the word of Scripture.

A girl, fifteen or sixteen years old, a village girl, poor, unlettered, unknown, humble, the humblest maiden. One day she said a great word about herself. No wealthy woman, no wise woman, no powerful woman, no noblewoman, queen, or empress ever said such a great word.

What did this poor young girl say? From now on, all ages will call me blessed, will glorify me, will hymn me, all generations of devout people.

How did the humble maiden of Nazareth say such a great word about herself?

The Holy Spirit illumined her, and the Holy Spirit compelled her to say such a great word. It was a prophecy. And what she said came to pass. After Christ, who is God, no person in the world is honored, glorified, hymned, and praised as much as our Most Holy Theotokos (All-Holy).

Do you feel the power of this simple prophecy?

Let the richest, the wisest, the most powerful woman in the world, the first lady of the world, go out into the street, into the square, and say that all the generations to come will glorify her. She will be proven false. She died, and she was forgotten.

But this village girl, this poor, unlettered, humble girl of Nazareth, is glorified unto the ages, because the word of Scripture is faithful and true. Faithful and true is the word of Scripture. Two thousand five hundred years ago, the prophet Zechariah, one of the twelve prophets, prophesied the effects of the heat wave when an atomic bomb explodes.

What does God say in the book of the Prophet Zechariah? This will be the greatest blow. This will be the greatest calamity that I will bring against godless humanity, against impious humanity. What will that calamity be?

The eyes will melt in their sockets. The tongue will melt like water. And the flesh will evaporate, the flesh of people standing on their feet, before they even have time to fall from their feet.

Instantly, at that very moment, the eye will melt, the tongue will melt, the flesh will evaporate.

These are the characteristic effects of the heat wave when a nuclear explosion takes place. If the heat wave catches you, the eye melts, the tongue melts, the flesh evaporates, at that very moment.

Go and read what the nuclear scientists say. These are the characteristics of an atomic bomb explosion. Nineteen hundred years ago, a fisherman on the lake of Gennesaret, John, the Apostle and Evangelist and Theologian, prophesied the photographic art and television.

Open the eleventh chapter of the Apocalypse so that you may see. The Antichrist will come, and the two prophets and witnesses will also come, to enlighten the world about the Antichrist and to fight against the Antichrist.

And by their preaching they will trouble guilty consciences, and by their punishing miracles they will trouble the guilty consciences of the people of the world. And when they have completed their mission, God will allow the Antichrist to seize them and put them to death.

He will execute them in a conspicuous place, in the square of Jerusalem, in the city where their Lord also was executed. And people, it says, will see for three and a half days the body, the killing, the execution of these two prophets and witnesses.

They will see the execution for three and a half days, and they will also see their unburied bodies for three and a half days, until God intervenes. An execution is an event of a single moment: you take out the revolver and execute another man.

How, then, will they see the execution for three and a half days? Here the photographic art is being prophesied: the execution is photographed, and afterward it is projected and shown for three and a half days. How will they see the bodies? From the whole world they will see the execution and the bodies, from every part of the earth.

Since the execution will take place in Jerusalem, the bodies will be in the square of Jerusalem. How will people from every part of the world see them?

An utterly clear prophecy about television. Faithful is the Word of God. True is the Word of God. Faithful is the word, and worthy of all acceptance, the Apostle says elsewhere. True is the Word, and worthy for us to receive Him with all our readiness.

Let us give Him all our trust. Let us embrace Him. Let us place Him deep within our heart. My brothers, if we place the Word of God, the one-hundred-percent true Word, the absolutely true Word, if we place Him in our heart, a multitude of blessings will come into our life.

The Word of God enlightens the faithful. He casts His searchlight beyond this vain world, into boundless eternity, and shows the highest realities of eternity. Without the Word of God we cannot know God or eternity.

The Word of God solves the highest problems, which philosophers and scientists cannot solve. The Word of God solves the problems and dramas of human beings: personal, marital, family, national, ecclesiastical.

Problems that concern all mankind. The Word of God makes faith grow like a giant in the soul. Whoever reads the Word of God carefully and without prejudice, and sees the thousands of prophecies of Scripture and other strange, lofty, and astonishing words, feels faith becoming mighty within him, the conviction that God exists and that the true God is the God of Scripture. The Word of God makes faith grow like a giant and gives new wings to hope, not a small and blind hope, but the great hope that is cast like an anchor into boundless eternity.

Those who do not believe labor for the cemeteries. Those who believe labor for boundless eternity and glory. The Word of God warms hearts, sweetens hearts, gives wings to hearts, and grants upliftings and exultations to hearts.

The Word of God cleanses people from the filth of sin. What did Christ say to His disciples? "You are already clean because of the word which I have spoken to you." You are clean because you believed and embraced My Word, which I spoke to you, which I preached to you.

The Word of God sanctifies man; the Word of God glorifies man. "Sanctify them in Your truth," Christ said to the Father concerning His own; "Your word is truth." Glorify them by Your truth; Your own word is truth. The Word of God does not merely save; it also glorifies. The Gospel, Paul says, "is the power of God unto salvation for everyone who believes, for the Jew first and also for the Greek."

The Gospel is the power of God unto salvation for everyone who believes, for everyone who has a good disposition, who sees the truths, marvels, believes, and gives himself over to God in faith. The Gospel is a power that saves every faithful person, Jew and Greek.

Departing from Miletus, in unforgettable Asia Minor, the great Apostle said to the shepherds, "And now I commend you, brethren, to God and to the word of His grace, which is able to build you up and to give you an inheritance among all those who are sanctified."

And now, brethren, as I depart, the Apostle Paul says to the shepherds, I entrust you to God. And he does not say only to God, but also to the word of His grace, to the word that preaches grace, the forgiveness of sins, and the salvation of man. This word, Paul says, has the power to build you up spiritually and to grant you a lot, a portion, an inheritance among all the Saints.

By the power of the Word of God, brethren, faithful people, when they depart from this vain world, by the power of the Word of God will be lifted above the stars, above the galaxies. The diameter of the physical universe is billions of light-years.

Above this universe, above this physical heaven, there is the heaven of heavens; there is the supernatural world; there is the realm of eternity, of immaterial and immortal spirits. By the power of the Word of God, after death the faithful are lifted above the physical heaven into the heaven of heavens, and they receive an unshakable Kingdom, an eternal Kingdom, a Kingdom thrice-glorious and full of all joy, and they reign together with Christ, the King of kings; and of their Kingdom there shall be no end. Amen.

I rejoice, and I rejoice with you, because quite a few of you came to the hall to hear the Word of God. Tomorrow you will be more, and the day after tomorrow you will be even more. Since you are faithful people, all of you will do missionary work.

No one will be saved who has no concern for the other person, for his fellow man, for his brother. Whoever shuts himself up in his shell like a snail will go to Hell. Whoever also cares for the other person, he will be saved.

You will do missionary work. You have telephones. Let the wires catch fire. You will notify all your acquaintances, those close to you, relatives, friends, people you know, and you will tell them too to notify others.

I did not come here to Canada for your dollars, nor have I asked for money, nor will I ever ask for money. I came out of longing to preach the Word of God: faithful is the Word, true is the Word. I came to preach the Gospel, to preach Orthodoxy, which is the genuine and authentic form of Christianity, and to fight the heresies that have struck us. You too have a duty to help the work of God be done as well as possible.

Tonight and tomorrow, up until seven-thirty, or quarter to eight, when, God willing, the second talk will take place, you will have notified other brethren as well. Whoever helps a brother draw near to God, draw near to the Church, to the Mysteries, to the preaching, will have hope that he too may be saved through that soul.

Whoever does not help even one soul come near to God will not be saved either. My brethren, God gave us the mouth not so much in order to eat. Animals also have mouths for eating. He gave us the mouth above all so that we may open it and speak about the Word of God, speak with wonder about the Word of God, and make other people desire the Word of God and become interested, open the Scripture, run to the Church, run to the hall, hear the Word of God. And whoever hears the Word of God with a good disposition feels inexpressible things within himself.

What does this say here? You may submit other questions too. "Our bishop wrote at Christmas of 1993 that the Most Holy Theotokos (All-Holy) gave birth to her first child with labor pains. Is this true? Is it based on Scripture?" What do you say, my dear? Was such a thing written?

Well, it's a fact. Here's another paper here — what is this — a publication, I see, some sort of newsletter, Bishop Sotirios, "Let us go as far as Bethlehem," Christmas 1993. And here I see one passage underlined: "But the hour came for Mary, the pains took hold of her, and she gave birth to her first child."

"She swaddled Him and laid Him in the manger." What things are these? What things are these? Is this a faithful word, or an impious word?

The theology of the Church teaches that the Most Holy Theotokos (All-Holy) gave birth without pain, without birth pangs, without pain in childbirth, because she gave birth as a virgin. This is what Theology teaches. Did your bishop not pass through a theological school? Surely he did. Forgive me, the Most Holy Theotokos (All-Holy) gave birth without pain, without pains in childbirth. This is what the dogmatics of the Orthodox Church teaches.

And this phrase, that she gave birth to her first child, means, as he says it, that other children followed. This is another blasphemy, another heresy. When you go home, open the Book of Proverbs in the Old Testament, in the fourth chapter, and read from the beginning.

There at the beginning, the one speaking is not presented as Solomon, the author of Proverbs, because he was not an only-begotten son of his mother. Christ is speaking, the Wisdom of God the Father, the Wisdom that exists in hypostasis, Christ, and He gives counsel to the children.

And what does it say, according to the Hebrew text? Children, listen to your parents.

I too stood as the Son of my Father, as if He were saying: I too, who am God, here on earth acquired a father, not a natural father, of course, but according to the law an adoptive father, Joseph, the protector of the Virgin. The Gospel calls him father. According to the law he was His father, even though he was not His natural father.

And I too was, I stood as the Son of my Father, beloved and Only-begotten to my Mother.

Only-begotten, the only Son of my Mother. And although I was her only precious and beloved Child, I was obedient to my parents. What does Only-begotten mean? What does Only-begotten mean? It is a Greek word.

Did the Most Holy Theotokos (All-Holy) have other children? That the Most Holy Theotokos (All-Holy) had other children is what the heretics say, the Protestants and the false witnesses of Jehovah. Let me mention another passage too, one I especially like, an astonishing passage, very beautiful.

It is at the beginning of the forty-fourth chapter of Ezekiel.

There in Ezekiel, across many chapters, a great temple is described, with many rooms and objects. Such a temple was never built. This is not about a material temple, not about a building. Holy Scripture is speaking symbolically. It is about the Church, the spiritual temple.

At one point God, who is speaking to the prophet Ezekiel, draws the prophet's attention to a gate of the temple on the east side, and He says strange words to him, very strange words.

This gate facing east, God says to the Prophet, will be shut, sealed. It will not be opened. No man will pass through this gate, through this door, because the Lord, the God of Israel, passed through it, and He passed through without the door being opened, that is, miraculously.

The gate remained, and will remain, closed.

This is a beautiful symbolic way of showing the perpetual virginity of the Theotokos (God-bearer). The Virgin has three stars: Virgin before childbirth, during childbirth, and after childbirth; Ever-Virgin. The Most Holy Theotokos (All-Holy) did not have other children. That is why, from the Cross, Christ entrusted the protection of His mother to His disciple John: Woman, behold your son; John, behold your mother.

It was as though Christ were saying: Mother, you had one Child. The envy, malice, and wickedness of the chief priests, of the hierarchs, raised Him up on the Cross. Now you will make John your child; he will protect you. In this way Christ entrusted a virgin mother to a virgin disciple.

Tell your Bishop that these things are heresy, the Bishop who, whenever I come here, becomes disturbed and has never given me a church in which to preach, because he thinks the churches are his private estates. You built the churches; he exploits them. The churches do not belong to the Bishops; they belong to the people of God.

These are heretical things, and whoever says heretical things is worthy of deposition.

Some Bishops have become unbearable.

Αγαπητοί, εν Χριστώ αδερφοί, χαίρετε εν Κυρίω. Πιστεύουμε ακράδαντα στα αδιάψευστα λόγια του Κυρίου μας, ο οποίος είπε «Ου γαρ εισιν δυο η τρεις συνηγμενοι εις το εμον ονομα, εκει ειμι εν μεσω αυτων».

Με την ευλογία, λοιπόν, όχι επισκόπων, όχι ιερέων, αλλά του Ιδίου, του Κυρίου ημών Ιησού Χριστού, ο οποίος βρίσκεται εδώ σήμερα ανάμεσά μας, κάνουμε έναρξη των βραδινών μας ομιλιών. Ο μιλητής μας είναι ένας θεολόγος από την Ελλάδα. Πολλοί διεκδικούν τον τίτλο του θεολόγου στις ημέρες μας.

Ο πολύς ο κόσμος νομίζει ότι θεολόγοι είναι αυτοί που κατάφεραν να πάρουν ένα πτυχίο από κάποια θεολογική σχολή. Όμως οι μεγάλοι πατέρες της Εκκλησίας μας έχουν διαφορετική γνώμη. Ο Άγιος Γρηγόριος ο Θεολόγος θεωρεί ότι θεολόγος λέγεται εκείνος που ξέρει να προσεύχεται.

Ένας άλλος μεγάλος πατέρας της Εκκλησίας μας, Γρηγόριος και αυτός. Ο Άγιος Γρηγόριος ο Παλαμάς, Αρχιεπίσκοπος Κωνσταντινουπόλεως Θεσσαλονίκης Θεωρεί ότι θεολόγος δεν είναι αυτός που έμαθε πολλά για τον Χριστό.

Αλλά αυτός που έπαθε πολλά για τον Χριστό.

Έναν τέτοιο θεολόγο έχουμε σήμερα την ευλογία από το Θεό και την τιμή να φιλοξενούμε εδώ. Έναν θεολόγο που έπαθε προσφάτως υποστηρίζοντας το όνομα, το υπέρ παν όνομα, το όνομα του Κυρίου Ιησού Χριστού.

Τον κύριο Νικόλαο Σωτηρόπουλο. Είναι γνωστός σε όλους σας, είναι ο ιδρυτής της αδελφότητός μας. Τον καλωσορίζουμε στην πόλη μας, στο Τορόντο, στην αίθουσα αυτή και του ευχόμαστε καλή παραμονή, καλή δύναμη και ο Θεός να τον φωτίζει να κηρύξει το Λόγο του Θεού, να κηρύξει την αλήθεια και εμάς να φωτίζει, να ακούσουμε το Λόγο του Θεού και τον καλώ να ανέβει στο βήμα. Ευχαριστώ.

Με αξίωσε ο Θεός, αγαπητοί, να ευρίσκομαι και πάλι κοντά στα ξενιτευμένα παιδιά της πατρίδος. Το θέμα της ομιλίας μου το έδωσε το χθεσινό Αποστολικό Ανάγνωσμα που ακούσαμε στους Ιερούς Ναούς της Εκκλησίας.

Πιστός ο λόγος, έτσι φωνάζει ο Απόστολος, ο μεγαλύτερος Απόστολος, ο Παύλος, ο Ουρανοβάμων. Ο πρώτος μετά τον Ένα, ο μεγαλύτερος άνθρωπος μετά το Θεάνθρωπο, αυτός που ήλθε στην Ελλάδα και μας έκανε Χριστιανούς. Πιστός ο λόγος, τι σημαίνει πιστός;

Πιστός σημαίνει αληθινός, ορθός, σωστός. Προς το τέλος του χθεσινού Αποστολικού αναγνώσματος ακούσαμε και το χαιρετισμό: Άσπασαι τους φιλούντας ημάς εν πίστει. Τέκνον Τίτε, λέγει ο Απόστολος, να χαιρετήσεις αυτούς που μας αγαπούν εν αληθεία. Αυτό σημαίνει εν πίστη.

Αυτούς που μας αγαπούν αληθινά, διότι υπήρχαν και οι ψευδάδελφοι. Και υπάρχουν σε κάθε εποχή οι ψευδάδελφοι. Γι' αυτό κάνει τη διάκριση ο Απόστολος και λέγει: Άσπασαι τους φιλούντας ημάς εν πίστει. Να χαιρετήσεις αυτούς που μας αγαπούν αληθινά.

Το πίστει εδώ σημαίνει αλήθεια και το πιστός στο ίδιο Αποστολικό Ανάγνωσμα σημαίνει αληθινός. Πιστός ο λόγος, αληθινός ο λόγος, ορθός ο λόγος, σωστός ο λόγος.

Ποιος λόγος, αδελφοί μου, είναι πιστός, αληθινός; Είναι ο λόγος των δημοσιογράφων; Οι δημοσιογράφοι γράφουν στις εφημερίδες και στα περιοδικά, ομιλούν από τα ραδιόφωνα, ομιλούν από τις τηλεοράσεις και δημιουργούν, όπως λέγεται, την κοινή γνώμη και αποτελούν, όπως πάλι λέγεται, την τετάρτη εξουσία.

Αν είναι αληθινός ο λόγος των δημοσιογράφων; Δυνάμεθα να εξαιρέσωμεν πολύ ολίγους δημοσιογράφους.

Αν με ρωτήσετε από όλες τις εφημερίδες της Ελληνικής Πατρίδος ποια θα μπορούσε να εγκρίνει κανείς, σας απαντούσα: Μία μόνο που έχει μικρή κυκλοφορία, γιατί έχει καταπέσει πνευματικώς το έθνος, την Εστία.

Οι ξένοι έγραψαν ότι στην Ελλάδα μόνο η Εστία δεν εξαγοράζεται. Οι δημοσιογράφοι δεν έχουν πιστό, αληθινό λόγο πολλές φορές. Γιατί; Διότι δεν είναι ελεύθεροι εσωτερικώς και εξωτερικώς. Είναι δούλοι οι ταλαίπωροι στους ιδιοκτήτες των εφημερίδων, των ραδιοφώνων και των τηλεοράσεων.

Και ο λόγος τους είναι η φωνή των αφεντικών τους.

Δεν γράφουν πολλές φορές κατά συνείδηση. Γράφουν όπως θέλουν οι ιδιοκτήτες των μέσων της δημοσιότητας. Γράφουν πολλά ψεύδη, διαστρέφουν τις αλήθειες, είναι οι άνθρωποι που κάνουν το ψέμα αλήθεια και την αλήθεια ψέμα, το ηθικό ανήθικο και το ανήθικο ηθικό, την ασχημία ομορφιά και την ομορφιά ασχημία.

Είναι στην πρώτη γραμμή των υπευθύνων για τη διαφθορά και την κατάπτωση των λαών, οι δημοσιογράφοι. Δεν σέβονται ούτε τις ειδήσεις. Η είδησις, είπε κάποιος, είναι ιερή υπόθεση, όμως ούτε τις ειδήσεις δεν μεταδίδουν όπως ακριβώς είναι. Κάνουν παραπληροφόρηση αυτόν τον καιρό, δημοσιογράφοι της Ευρώπης, της Αμερικής, κάνουν τρομερή διαστροφή της αλήθειας και παραπληροφόρηση σε βάρος του Ορθοδόξου, Σερβικού, του ηρωικού και μαρτυρικού λαού.

Αυτός ο λαός έχει το δίκαιο και οι δημοσιογράφοι της Δύσεως ρίχνουν το δίκαιο πάνω στους αντιπάλους του ηρωικού και μαρτυρικού αυτού λαού.

Πιστός ο λόγος, αληθινός ο λόγος. Ποιος είναι αληθινός λόγος; Είναι ο πολιτικός λόγος; Ο λόγος των πολιτικών ανδρών; Οι πολιτικοί άνδρες; Αυτοί είναι οι μεγαλύτεροι δημαγωγοί, οι μεγαλύτεροι κόλακες του λαού, οι μεγαλύτεροι ψεύτες και απαταιώνες, λέγουν, λέγουν, λέγουν, υπόσχονται, υπόσχονται, υπόσχονται και δεν εκτελούν ούτε ένα μικρό μέρος πολλές φορές από τις υποσχέσεις τους.

Ένας πολιτικός της ελληνικής πατρίδος που πολέμησε όλα τα ιδανικά, που αγωνίστηκε για να κάνει την πατρίδα ανιδανική. Τι είχε δηλώσει προ λίγων ετών; Στην πολιτική συμβαίνουν πράγματα που δεν λέγονται και λέγονται πράγματα που δεν συμβαίνουν.

Με άλλα λόγια, η πολιτική είναι ψεύδος, είναι απάτη, είναι μακιαβελισμός, είναι ατιμία. Να μην έχετε εμπιστοσύνη σε δημοσιογράφους και να μην έχετε εμπιστοσύνη σε πολιτικούς. Από την ελληνική πατρίδα ένας τίμιος πέρα για πέρα και ειλικρινής πολιτικός πέρασε με αγάπη προς την πατρίδα, ο Καποδίστριας, και τον δολοφονήσαμε την ώρα που πήγαινε στο ναό να εκκλησιαστεί.

Από τότε προκοπή δεν είδε το ελληνικό έθνος. Μη ενθουσιάζεστε ποτέ από πολιτικούς. Σπάνιο να ευρεθεί πολιτικός με συνείδηση, με αγάπη προς την πατρίδα και με θυσία. Πιστός ο λόγος, αληθινός ο λόγος. Τίνος ο λόγος είναι αληθινός; Είναι ο λόγος των φιλοσόφων; Οι φιλόσοφοι θεωρούνται μεγάλα και υψηλά πνεύματα. Είναι ο λόγος των πράγματι αληθινός;

Οι φιλόσοφοι, αγαπητοί μου, κάνουν λαβυρινθώδεις και σκοτεινές σκέψεις και πολλές φορές ούτε οι ίδιοι καταλαβαίνουν τι λένε και τι γράφουν. Η φιλοσοφία δεν έλυσε ούτε ένα από τα μεταφυσικά προβλήματα του κόσμου.

Φιλόσοφος ήταν και αυτός που είπε ότι η φιλοσοφία δεν είναι άλλο τίποτε παρά η ιστορία των πλανών του ανθρωπίνου πνεύματος. Όσοι φιλόσοφοι τόσες και φιλοσοφίες. Γεμάτα από πλάνες είναι τα βιβλία των φιλοσόφων. Ενέχονται οι φιλόσοφοι για την απιστία και για την αθεΐα που υπάρχει στον κόσμο.

Οι περήφανα πνεύματα προσπαθούν με τους στοχασμούς τους και τις ακαταλαβίστικες ιδέες τους να υψώσουν τους εαυτούς τους, να γίνουν αντικείμενα θαυμασμού, ενώ στην πραγματικότητα είναι άξιοι οικτιρμού διότι οι πλείστοι φιλόσοφοι δεν έχουν την καθαρότητα του Πνεύματος που έχουν απλοϊκοί άνθρωποι.

Απλοϊκοί άνθρωποι, γεωργοί, βοσκοί πάνω στα ψηλά βουνά, βλέπουν τα μεγαλεία της φύσεως, βλέπουν την ομορφιά, τη σοφία του Θεού, τη δύναμη του Θεού μέσα στη φύση, στη γη και στον ουρανό και ομολογούν ότι υπάρχει Θεός και πολλοί φιλόσοφοι δεν μπορούν να ιδούν την απλή και μεγάλη αυτή αλήθεια που βλέπουν τα απλοϊκά και ταπεινά πνεύματα των ανθρώπων.

Πιστός ο Λόγος, Αληθινός ο Λόγος. Τίνος ο Λόγος είναι πιστός, Αληθινός; Είναι πιστός, Αληθινός ο Λόγος των επιστημόνων; Οι επιστήμονες είναι ανώτεροι από τους ανθρώπους των προηγουμένων κατηγοριών, ανώτεροι από τους δημοσιογράφους, ανώτεροι από τους πολιτικούς, ανώτεροι από τους φιλοσόφους.

Είναι σοβαρότερα πνεύματα, ο Θεός έδωσε την επιστήμη, έτσι λέει η Αγία Γραφή, διότι ο Θεός έδωσε το νου και φύτευσε μέσα στα πνεύματα των ανθρώπων την έφεση για την έρευνα, για τη γνώση.

Αλλά και η επιστήμη σχετική αξία έχει, αδελφοί μου. Επιστήμη σημαίνει γνώση, αλλά όσα γνωρίζει η επιστήμη, εν συγκρίσει με όσα δεν γνωρίζει, είναι σταγόνα στον ωκεανό. Ο Σοκράτης, που ήταν ταπεινός φιλόσοφος, γι' αυτό είναι και ο μεγαλύτερος φιλόσοφος των αιώνων, τι έλεγε; «Ἓν οἶδα ὅτι οὐδὲν οἶδα». Ένα ξέρω ότι δεν ξέρω τίποτε.

Γιατί όσα ξέρει ο ταπεινός άνθρωπος αντιλαμβάνεται ότι είναι μηδέν μπροστά σε όσα αγνοεί. Εν πάση όμως περιπτώσει οι επιστήμονες είναι ανώτεροι θετικοί άνθρωποι και προσφέρουν πολύτιμες υπηρεσίες στον κόσμο.

Εν τούτοις και ο λόγος των επιστημόνων πολλές φορές δεν είναι πιστός, δεν είναι αληθινός.

Ιατρική παραδείγματος χάρη είναι επιστήμη, άλλοτε μας έλεγε αυτό το φάρμακο είναι σωτήριο. Τώρα μας λέγει για το ίδιο φάρμακο ότι είναι καταστρεπτικό, να αποσυρθεί από την κυκλοφορία. Αλλάζει και η επιστήμη θεωρίες. Πιστός ο λόγος, αληθινός ο λόγος. Τίνος ο λόγος είναι πιστός, αληθινός; Είναι ο λόγος των κληρικών, των ιερέων και των αρχιερέων;

Θα αναγκαστώ, αγαπητοί μου, να ειπώ πικρές αλήθειες. Θρησκευτικοί άνθρωποι είμεθα. Αναγνωρίζομε ιερατείο, δεν είμεθα αναρχικοί, σεβόμεθα το ιερατείο και ομολογούμε ότι μέσα στο ιερατείο υπάρχουν και κληρικοί σπουδαίας αξίας.

Και Άγιοι και Χαρισματούχοι και Θαυματουργοί. Γνωρίζω στην πατρίδα κληρικούς Αγίους και Θαυματουργούς. σαν τους Αγίους που διαβάζομε μέσα στα βιβλία, σαν τους θαυματουργούς που διαβάζομε μέσα στα βιβλία της Εκκλησίας.

Αλλά οι περισσότεροι κληρικοί, αυτή είναι η μαύρη αλήθεια, είναι επαγγελματίαι και μερικοί σκανδαλοποιοί και δεν λαλούν πάντοτε την αλήθεια, πολλές φορές λαλούν το ψεύδος αναλόγως των διαφόρων επηρεασμών που έχουν και των σκοπών και συμφερόντων που επιδιώκουν.

Αρχιερεύς ήτο ο Άννας, αρχιερεύς ήτο ο Καϊάφας, κρατούσαν στα χέρια την Παλαιά Διαθήκη. Το βιβλίο του Θεού, αλλά είπαν λόγο που δεν ήταν πιστός, δεν ήταν αληθινός. Τι είπαν; Ότι ο Ιησούς ο Ναζωραίος είναι πλάνος, απατεώνας, κακοποιός, Βεελζεβούλ.

και ότι εν βεελζεβουλ τω αρχοντι των δαιμονιων εκβαλλει τα δαιμονια. Ήταν αυτός ο λόγος των αρχιερέων αληθινός; Και δεν ήταν λόγος των αρχιερέων, ήταν και λόγος των ιερέων που ήταν δούλοι των αρχιερέων.

Οι αρχιερείς κάλεσαν τους Αποστόλους και τους επέπληξαν αυστηρώς και τους έδωκαν αυστηρή εντολή να μην κηρύττουν για το Χριστό. Ήταν ορθός αυτός ο λόγος, ήταν αληθινός ο λόγος να μην κηρύττουν οι Απόστολοι για το Χριστό;

Δεν ήταν ορθός, γι' αυτό και δεν υπήκουσαν οι Απόστολοι και δήλωσαν. Εμείς είναι αδύνατο να μην κηρύττουμε για το Χριστό. Και πήγαν προκλητικά, θα έλεγα, και στάθηκαν στο χώρο του Ναού και κήρυτταν για το Χριστό.

Παπάς ήταν ο Άριος, Παπάς μεγαλοπρεπής και μορφωμένος και παραμορφωμένος. Και είχε πολλούς θαυμαστάς, ήταν γόης της εποχής εκείνης.

Αλλά τι είπε; Είπε ότι ο Χριστός δεν είναι Θεός. ό,τι λέγουν και τα μακρινά εγγόνια του, οι ψευδομάρτυρες του Ιεχωβά. Σας λέγω ήταν πιστός, ήταν αληθινός ο λόγος του Αρίου; ότι ο Χριστός δεν είναι Θεός. Το μεγαλύτερο ψέμα ήταν αυτός ο λόγος. Η μεγαλύτερη ασέβεια και βλασφημία και αίρεση.

που έσεισε την Εκκλησία πάνω από εκατό χρόνια. Πατριάρχης ήταν ο Μακεδόνιος και τι είπε ο Μακεδόνιος; Ότι το Άγιο Πνεύμα δεν είναι ο ένας της Τριάδος, Δεν υπάρχει Αγία Τριάς, Δεν είναι Θεός το Άγιο Πνεύμα. Ήταν πιστός, αληθινός αυτός ο λόγος του Πατριάρχου; Εξίσου μεγάλο ψεύδος, Εξίσου μεγάλη βλασφημία και ασέβεια και αίρεσις, Όπως ήταν η ασέβεια και η αίρεσις του Αρείου.

Να έρθουμε στην εποχή μας. Μερικοί νομίζουν ότι δεν πρέπει να ομιλεί κανείς και να επικρίνει το Ιερατείο. Αυτό διέλυσε την Εκκλησία, λέγει ο Άγιος Χρυσόστομος, ο μεγαλύτερος πατέρας και διδάσκαλος της Εκκλησίας.

Αυτό έκανε άνω κάτω μέσα στην Εκκλησία, το ότι δεν ελέγχομε και δεν ελεγχόμεθα και αφήνει ο πιστός λαός μερικούς αδιστάκτους κληρικούς να είναι ασύδοτοι και να καταπατούν τα ιερά και τα όσια. και υπάρχουν νοσηροί τύποι, αρρωστημένα μυαλά, ευλαβείς βλαμμένοι, όπως θα έλεγε ο πατήρ Παΐσιος, ο μεγάλος αυτός χαρισματούχος του Αγίου Όρους που εκοιμήθη πρότινος, ευλαβείς βλαμμένοι, που λένε μην πιάνετε τον παπά.

Μην πιάνετε τον Δεσπότη στα χέρια σας, είναι κάρβουνο που θα σας κάψει, θα σας μουτζουρώσει. Πού βρήκαν αυτό το λόγο; Στην Παλαιά Διαθήκη δεν υπάρχει. Στην Καινή Διαθήκη δεν υπάρχει. Στα βιβλία των Πατέρων δεν υπάρχει.

Στην Ελλάδα έχουμε έναν Αρχιεπίσκοπο δικτάτορα. Όλες οι δήθεν δημοκρατικές κυβερνήσεις τον κρατούν στην εξουσία, γιατί λέγει σε όλους yes, ναι, και εγκρίνει όλους τους αντιχρίστους νόμους και δεν διαμαρτύρεται και δεν αγωνίζεται για κανέναν αντίχριστο νόμο που ψηφίζουν μέσα στη Βουλή.

Τι είπε αυτός ο Αρχιεπίσκοπος; Πονάτε την πατρίδα, πονάτε την Εκκλησία και πρέπει να ακούσετε για να πονέσετε περισσότερο. Είπε σε ένα δημοσιογράφο:

Εκκλησιάζεσαι, ρε; Ναι, εκκλησιάζομαι, Μακαριότατε. Πόσες φορές το χρόνο; Το Πάσχα ένα τέταρτο με τη λαμπαδούρα μου. Μπράβο, παιδί μου. Αυτό είναι ευσέβεια. Κάθε Κυριακή αυτό είναι υποκρισία. Αρκεί μια φορά, το Πάσχα ένα τέταρτο με τη λαμπαδούρα.

Είναι πιστός, είναι αληθινός, είναι ορθός αυτός ο λόγος, να εκκλησιαζόμεθα ένα τέταρτο το Πάσχα μόνο με τη λαμπάδα;

Μέσα στη Σύνοδο της Ιεραρχίας, ο αγωνιστής Μητροπολίτης Φλωρίνης είπε στον Αρχιεπίσκοπο: Μακαριώτατε, σκοτεινές δυνάμεις υπονομεύουν και φθείρουν την Εκκλησία. Η Ιεραρχία να βγάλει μια εγκύκλιο για απόφαση εναντίον της Μασωνίας.

Όχι, είπε ο Αρχιεπίσκοπος.

Αυτή η απάντηση του Αρχιεπισκόπου είναι λόγος πιστός, λόγος αληθινός;

Υπάρχουν ιερείς και επίσκοποι οι οποίοι λέγουν ότι θρησκευτικές οργανώσεις είναι η μεγαλύτερη συμφορά στην Εκκλησία. Είναι παρεκκλησιαστικές, είναι εξωεκκλησιαστικές, είναι προτεσταντικές.

Ήρθε και ένας ψευτοθεολόγος εδώ στον Καναδά και είπε τα ίδια πράγματα.

Ένας αρχιμανδρίτης ασκητής και ο πιο μορφωμένος και ο σοφός αρχιμανδρίτης που εκοιμήθη προ λίγων ετών, ο Επιφάνιος Θεοδωρόπουλος, είπε ότι αν δεν υπήρχαν οι θρησκευτικές οργανώσεις, οι ιεραποστολικές αδελφότητες, είναι ζήτημα αν θα βρίσκαμε έναν πνευματικό άνθρωπο στην Ελλάδα. Όλοι οι άλλοι αμέσως, άλλοι εμμέσως, έχουμε γνωρίσει τον Χριστό από το έργο των Ορθοδόξων Ιεραποστολικών Αδελφοτήτων και ιερείς και αρχιερείς που δεν έχουν πνευματικότητα φθονούν τους εργάτες του Ευαγγελίου που ζουν κοινοβιακό και ιεραποστολικό βίο και λένε ότι αυτή είναι εξωεκκλησιαστική.

Και είναι εκκλησιαστικοί αυτοί που εισπράττουν τα χρήματα και κολυμπούν στα χρήματα;

Εξωεκκλησιαστικός είναι όποιος είναι αιρετικός.

Ποια αίρεση κήρυξαν οι ιεραποστολικές αδελφότητες της πατρίδος μας; Και κατηγορούνται ως εξωεκκλησιαστικές και προτεσταντικές.

Δεν είναι λοιπόν πιστός, αληθινός ο λόγος ιερέων και αρχιερέων με τον οποίο κατηγορούν τις Ιεραποστολικές Αδελφότητες. Αντιθέτως, οι Ιεραποστολικές Αδελφότητες είναι τα εκλεκτότερα τμήματα της Εκκλησίας.

Υπάρχουν ιερείς και αρχιερείς οι οποίοι λέγουν στους χριστιανούς, μην πηγαίνετε να ακούσετε κήρυγμα από τον Α ή τον Β ιεροκήρυκα. Ο Α Ιωβίτα Ιεροκήρυκας, Είναι ο Ορθόδοξος, Κηρύττη Ευαγγέλιο, Κηρύττη το Μεγαλείο της Ορθοδοξίας, Πολεμή της αιρέσης, Γιατί παππούλη μου και γιατί Δεσποτά μου τον καταδιώκες και κηρύττει δωρεάν, δεν σου ζήτησε χρήματα, ήρθε να σκάψει δωρεάν το χωράφι σου, εσύ έχεις την ευθύνη να καλλιεργήσεις το λαό και έρχεται δωρεάν να σκάψει το χωράφι σου και λένε να μην πάνε να ακούσουν το κήρυγμά του οι χριστιανοί. Αυτός δεν είναι λόγος πιστός και αληθινός.

Αυτός είναι λόγος ψευδής και σατανικός λόγος. Και όποιος υπακούει σε τέτοιο λόγο θα πάει μαζί με αυτούς τους ασεβείς και διώκτες του κηρύγματος στην κόλαση.

Ξέρετε τι φοβερό λόγο είπε ο Χριστός;

Ποιοι ήταν, αδελφοί μου, οι πιο ελεεινοί και τρισάθλιοι οι τύποι που αναφέρει η Παλαιά Διαθήκη; Οι Σοδομίτες έβγαζαν τα μάτια τους αρσενικοί με αρσενικούς. Έριξε φωτιά και θειάφι ο Θεός και τους έκαψε.

Μέχρι σήμερα σε εκείνο το χώρο, στη Νεκρά Θάλασσα, ούτε κουνούπι δεν ευδοκιμεί. Και όμως τι είπε ο Χριστός στους μαθητάς του; Εάν πάτε σε μια πόλη να κηρύξετε το Ευαγγέλιο και δεν σας δεχθούν, να ξέρετε ότι αυτοί οι άνθρωποι την ημέρα της Κρίσεως, οι άνθρωποι που δεν θα δεχθούν το κήρυγμα του Ευαγγελίου, θα τιμωρηθούν σκληρότερα από τα Σόδομα και από τα Γόμορα, γιατί εκείνοι ήταν διαφθαρμένοι και διαστραμμένοι στο σώμα.

Ενώ όποιος πολεμεί το Ευαγγέλιο, το κήρυγμα του Ευαγγελίου, τους κήρυκες του Ευαγγελίου, είναι διεφθαρμένος και διαστραμμένος στην ψυχή.

Πιστός ο λόγος και πάσης αποδοχής άξιος.

Ένας Αρχιεπίσκοπος που βασιλεύει στην Πέμπτη Ήπειρο ημέρα Χριστουγέννων

κήρυξε με γραπτό κήρυγμα στους ναούς της Πέμπτης Ηπείρου, της Αυστραλίας. Τι κήρυξε; Ότι ο Χριστός ήταν ατελής και αμαρτωλός.

Ο ίδιος Αρχιεπίσκοπος κήρυξε ότι το έργο του Καζαντζάκη και του Σκορτσέζε, ο τελευταίος πειρασμός που παρουσιάζει τον Κύριό μας ως πόρνο με δαιμόνια, ο πορνείας, παιδιόθεν, με αισχρές σχέσεις με τη Μαγδαληνή, αυτό το έργο που παρουσιάζει τον Χριστό ως εγωπαθή και τον ονομάζει ως δειλό και άλλα φοβερά πράγματα, αυτό το έργο είναι ένα ζωντανό, πολύ ζωντανό κείμενο που παρουσιάζει την ανθρώπινη πλευρά του Χριστού, δεν έχει καμιά βλασφημία αυτό το έργο, έχει ένα σπουδαίο μήνυμα.

Ο ίδιος Αρχιεπίσκοπος κήρυξε ότι Ορθοδοξία και Παπισμός είναι μία Εκκλησία. Ο ίδιος Αρχιεπίσκοπος μαζί με τους εκπροσώπους δέκα Εκκλησιών, εννέα, οχτώ Εκκλησιών Ορθοδόξων πέρυσι, τον Ιούνιο, στο Λίβανο, είπε, έγραψε και υπέγραψε ότι η Ορθοδοξία δεν είναι η μία Αγία Καθολική και Αποστολική Εκκλησία, αλλά είναι ό,τι είναι και η Παπική και η Ουνία ακόμη.

Ο ίδιος Αρχιεπίσκοπος κήρυξε ότι ο άνθρωπος είναι κτήνος, κατάγεται από τον πίθηκο και ότι η Αγία Γραφή είναι ένα μεγάλο παραμύθι. Στηλιανός Χαρκιανάκης, Αρχιεπίσκοπος Αυστραλίας, τον καταγγέλλω και εδώ στο Καναδά.

Αυτός ο Αντίχριστος ανέβηκε στην Κωνσταντινούπολη, στο Φανάρι και παρέσυρε τη λεγόμενη Μείζονα και Υπερτελή Σύνοδο και με αφόρισε αντί να εκτιμήσει το θάρρος που είχα να ελέγξω τις φρικτές αιρέσεις του.

Το ξέρω ότι είναι άκυρος. Ο Κύριός μου που υπερασπίστηκα το όνομά του Είπε στους δικούς του

Μακάριοι, ευτυχείς Όταν σας αφορίσουν οι άνθρωποι για το όνομά μου Να χαίρετε και να σκιρτάτε εκείνη την ημέρα του αφορισμού Να χοροπηδάτε από χαρά πολύς ο μισθός σας εν τοις ουρανοίς Εγώ δεν λέγω πολύς ο μισθός, λέγω κάτι άλλο. Με αυτόν τον άδικο αφορισμό εξόφλησα πολλές αμαρτίες. Σας ρωτώ αδελφοί μου, αυτός ο λόγος του Αυστραλίας είναι πιστός, αληθινός; Είναι ασεβής, βλάσφημος, αιρετικός, φρικτός λόγος.

Γιατί τα είπα αυτά; Για τη μερική παπαδομανία και παπαδολατρεία, ό,τι βλακία και ό,τι βλασφημία λέγεται γίνεται δεκτή. Όμως οι αληθινοί χριστιανοί, ήρωες και μάρτυρες και ομολογηταί της πίστεως, οι πρώτοι χριστιανοί, όταν σε μια περίπτωση νόμισαν ότι ο Απόστολος Πέτρος, ο Κορυφαίος από τους 12, δε βάδισε σωστή τακτική, τον κάθισαν στο σκαμνί και τον δίκασαν.

Και δεν είπε ο Πέτρος, εγώ είμαι Απόστολος, είμαι ανεξέλεγκτος, δεν μπορείτε εσείς να με ελέγξετε, όχι δεν είπε τέτοιο λόγο ο Απόστολος Πέτρος αλλά κάθισε κάτω ταπεινά και έδωκε εξηγήσεις στο λαό του Θεού. Ο λαός του Θεού αυτός είναι η Εκκλησία και δύναται να ελέγχει και Αποστόλους ακόμη.

Γενικώς αδελφοί μου, δεν μπορούμε να πούμε ότι ο λόγος του ανθρώπου είναι πιστός, αληθινός, γιατί ανάμεσα στα λόγια των ανθρώπων υπάρχουν και λόγια ψεύτικα, λόγια απατηλά, λόγια αντίθετα προς την αλήθεια και προς το θέλημα του Θεού.

Τι λέγει η Γραφή για τον άνθρωπο, γενικώς για τον άνθρωπο; Γινέσθω δε ο Θεός αληθής, πας δε άνθρωπος ψεύστης, κάθε άνθρωπος να αναγνωριστεί ότι είναι ψεύστης, λέει και ψέματα Αληθής να αναγνωριστεί μόνον ο Θεός. Υπήρχε, υπάρχει ένας λόγος για τους ιερείς, για τους αρχιερείς Χίλιοι ιερέως ου ψεύδετε, χίλιοι αρχιερέως ου ψεύδετε Τα χείλη των ιερέων δεν είναι δυνατόν να λένε ψέματα Τα χείλη των αρχιερέων δεν είναι δυνατόν να λένε ψέματα Κάποιος πρόφερε αλλιώς αυτό το λόγο, χείλη ιερέως ου ψεύδεται, χείλη αρχιερέως ου ψεύδεται Τα μεγαλύτερα ψέματα στην εποχή μας λέγουν οι οικουμενιστές κληρικοί, ιερείς και αρχιερείς που είναι οικουμενιστές

και μας λένε συνεχώς, Ορθόδοξοι και Παπικοί και Προτεστάντες, όλοι είμαστε το ίδιο. Στο ίδιο τσουβάλι βάζουν τους Ορθοδόξους με τους Παπικούς, με την πανσπερμία των αιρέσεων του Προτεσταντισμού που έφθασαν στο σημείο να παντρεύονται άντρες με άντρες.

Στο ίδιο τσουβάλι αρχίζουν δειλά-δειλά να βάζουν ακόμη και τους άλλους θρησκούς και να λένε και οι Μουσουλμάνοι, και οι Βουδιστές, και οι Δαιμονολάτρες, όλοι το ίδιο είμαστε Δεν μάζεψε ο Πάπας προ ετών στην Ασίζη της Ιταλίας εκπροσώπους των διαφόρων χριστιανικών δογμάτων και των διαφόρων θρησκειών να προσευχηθούν όλοι μαζί για την ειρήνη του κόσμου Ανάμεσα σε αυτούς ήταν και εκπρόσωπος της Ορθοδόξου Ελληνικής Εκκλησίας, ένας Αρχιεπίσκοπος και προσεύχονταν οι Χριστιανοί και έλεγαν Χριστέ δώσε την ειρήνη σου στη γη Προσεύχονταν δίπλα οι Μουσουλμάνοι και έλεγαν Αλλάχ, Αλλάχ, δώσε την ειρήνη σου στη γη.

Προσεύχονταν δίπλα οι σατανολάτρες και έλεγαν γλυκέ μας σατανά, δώσε την ειρήνη σου στη γη. Με τέτοιους ανθρώπους θέλουν να μας ενώσουν οι οικουμενιστές. Και μας λένε όλοι το ίδιο είμαστε. Αυτός ο λόγος δεν είναι πιστός, δεν είναι αληθινός.

Είναι αιρετικός, είναι σατανικός λόγος. Ποιος είναι πιστός λόγος, πάντοτε πιστός, πάντοτε αληθινός, απολύτως πιστός, απολύτως αληθινός; Ο λόγος του Θεού, αδερφοί μου, του εν Τριάδι Θεού, του μόνο αληθινού Θεού, του Πατρός και του Υιού και του Αγίου Πνεύματος.

Τι λέγει ο Ισαΐας για το Θεό; Είναι ο Θεός του Αμήν, ο Θεός της Αληθείας. Τι είπε ο Χριστός για τον εαυτό του; Εγώ ειμί η οδός και η αλήθεια και η ζωή.

Δεν είπε απλώς, εγώ διδάσκω την αλήθεια, αλλά είπε πολύ μεγαλύτερο λόγο, που ούτε τόλμησε να ειπεί κανείς ποτέ για τον εαυτό του, ούτε διανοήθηκε να ειπεί ποτέ κανείς. Τι είπε ο Χριστός; Εγώ είμαι η αλήθεια. Και για το Άγιο Πνεύμα τι λέει ο Απόστολος Ιωάννης; Το Πνεύμα εστίν η αλήθεια.

Το Πνεύμα είναι η αλήθεια, ο εν Τριάδι Θεός είναι η αλήθεια με άλφα κεφαλαίο, είναι η αυτοαλήθεια. Και ένας μεγάλος λόγος για τον οποίον ο Υιός του Θεού ήρθε στον κόσμο ήταν να κηρύξει την αλήθεια. Τι διεκήρυξε ενώπιον του Πιλάτου; Εγώ εις τούτο γεγέννημαι και εις τούτο ελήλυθα εις τον κόσμον, ίνα μαρτυρήσω τη αληθεία.

Εγώ γι' αυτό γεννήθηκα ο Χριστός και γι' αυτό ήρθα στον κόσμο για να δώσω τη μαρτυρία μου για την αλήθεια. Την υψίστη αλήθεια, τη σωτηριώδη αλήθεια. Τι λέγει η Αποκάλυψη για τον Χριστό; Ο Χριστός, αυτός είναι ο Μάρτυς, ο πιστός και αληθινός, αυτός είναι ο Αμήν, ο αληθινός, η αλήθεια, η αυτοαλήθεια, το αψεύδες στόμα.

Ο Λόγος του Θεού, Αυτός είναι πιστός, Αυτός είναι αληθινός, Αυτός είναι ορθός, Αυτός είναι σωστός, εκατό της εκατό, και Αυτός είναι παντοδύναμος Λόγος. Τω λόγω Κυρίου οι ουρανοί εστερεώθησαν. Με το Λόγο του Θεού δημιουργήθηκαν οι Ουρανοί. Κοιτάξτε ψηλά. Να μην κοιτάζουμε συνεχώς προς τα κάτω, προς το χώμα, προς τη λάσπη, προς το βόρβορο. Ψηλά να κοιτάζουμε. Άνθρωποι λεγόμαστε. Τι θα πει άνθρωπος;

Αυτός που άνω θρώσκει, κοιτάζει επάνω, κανένα ζώο δεν είναι ορθοβάμων, μόνο ο άνθρωπος είναι όρθιος, για να μπορεί να κοιτάζει τον Ουρανό. Ρωτήστε τους αστρονόμους πόσοι γαλαξίες υπάρχουν. Δισεκατομμύρια, τρισεκατομμύρια λένε άλλοι αστρονόμοι.

Και κάθε γαλαξίας πόσα αστέρια έχει; Εκατό δισεκατομμύρια κατά μέσο όρο κάθε γαλαξίας. Και κάθε αστέρι πόσο μεγάλο είναι; Χιλιάδες και εκατομμύρια και δισεκατομμύρια ή και τρισεκατομμύρια ή και περισσότερες φορές μεγαλύτερο από τη Γη. Έλεγα στη σύναξη των νέων, μεγάλη δεν είναι η Γη;

Και όμως ο Ήλιος, αυτός ο Ήλιος που ανέτειλε και σήμερα και μας χάρισε μια ηλιόλουστη ημέρα και έδυσε προ λίγο, αυτός ο Ήλιος είναι σχεδόν 1,5 εκατομμύριο φορές μεγαλύτερος από τη Γη. Και αυτός ο Ήλιος θεωρείται μικρός νάνος μπροστά στους περισσότερους ηλίους του σύμπαντος.

Ένας άλλος ήλιος του γαλαξία μας, ο Αντάρης, είναι 64 εκατομμύρια φορές μεγαλύτερος από το δικό μας ήλιο, που είναι σχεδόν 1,5 εκατομμύριο φορές μεγαλύτερος από τη Γη. Μέγας ει Κύριε και θαυμαστά τα έργα Σου.

Μέγας ει Κύριε και μεγάλη η βλακεία των απίστων και των αθέων.

Πώς έφτιαξε ο Θεός αυτό το απέραντο σύμπαν με τα δυσεξαρίθμητα άστρα; Με το λόγο του το έφτιαξε. Είπε και εγεννήθησαν, ενετείλατο και εκτίσθησαν. Είπε λόγο και έγιναν τα σύμπαντα. Έδωκε πρόσταγμα και δημιουργήθηκαν τα σύμπαντα.

Και πώς κυβερνώνται τα σύμπαντα, αυτές οι δυσεξαρίθμητες τεράστιες σφαίρες που στροβιλίζονται μέσα στο αχανές με ιλιγγιώδεις ταχύτητες και κάνουν πολλές συγχρόνως κινήσεις γύρω από διάφορα κέντρα, κινήσεις που εκφράζονται με μαθηματικούς τύπους.

Ποιος, αγαπητοί μου, έκαμε αυτές τις κινήσεις, κάνει αυτές τις κινήσεις του σύμπαντος; Ποιος κυβερνάει το σύμπαν; Τι λέγει η προς Εβραίους Επιστολή για τον Ιησού Χριστό, τον Αρχηγό της πίστεώς μας; Φέρων τε τα πάντα τω ρήματι της δυνάμεως αυτού. Ο Χριστός με τον Παντοδύναμο Λόγο Του κυβερνά τα σύμπαντα.

Με τον Παντοδύναμο Λόγο Του έκανε το μεγαλύτερο θαύμα, τελείως ασύλληπτο θαύμα, δημιούργησε την ύλη και τα σύμπαντα από το μηδέν και με τον Παντοδύναμο Λόγο Του κυβερνάει τα σύμπαντα, αλλιώς θα είχαν πέσει τα άστρα πάνω στα κεφάλια μας και προπάντων πάνω στα κεφάλια των ανοήτων, των απίστων και των αθέων.

Με το Λόγο του Θεού ο Χριστός, ο σαρκωμένος Θεός, ο ενανθρωπίσας Θεός, έκανε αναρρίθμητα θαύματα και κάνει αναρρίθμητα θαύματα. Με το λόγο του Χριστού ιδρύθηκε η Εκκλησία και ο λόγος του Χριστού, προφητικός λόγος ήταν, ότι η Εκκλησία ποτέ δεν θα γκρεμιστεί.

Από μέσα υπονομεύουν την Εκκλησία με την ασυνέπεια της ζωής, με τις προδοσίες και με τα σκάνδαλα αναρρίθμητα δια μέσω των αιώνων, κληρικοί και λαϊκοί. Και απ' έξω πολεμούν την Εκκλησία με υπουλότητα και με λύσσα και με αιμανία πλήθος σκοτεινές δυνάμεις δια μέσω των αιώνων.

Αλλά η Εκκλησία δεν διαλύεται. Διαλύονται οι άπιστοι και οι άθεοι και οι σκανδαλοποιοί και οι προδότες. Η Εκκλησία μένει στους αιώνας, διότι το είπε ο Χριστός και ο Λόγος του Χριστού είναι αληθινός και παντοδύναμος.

Και να μην αρνηθείτε ποτέ την Εκκλησία εξαιτίας κακών λαϊκών, κακών ιερέων, κακών αρχιερέων. Όχι! Άλλο η Εκκλησία και άλλο οι εκπρόσωποι της Εκκλησίας και άλλο τα νεκρά μέλη της Εκκλησίας. Ο Λόγος του Θεού περιέχεται μέσα στην Αγία Γραφή και στην Ιερά Παράδοση της Εκκλησίας.

Διαβάζετε, αδερφοί μου, την Αγία Γραφή. Άλλοτε εδώ στο Τωρόντο έκαμα ομιλίες για τη θεοπνευστία της Αγίας Γραφής. Με επιχειρήματα απέδειξα ότι η Αγία Γραφή είναι όντως Λόγος του Θεού. Λόγος αληθινός, αλάθητος. Η Αγία Γραφή και όταν λέγει πράγματα που φαίνονται σαν μεγάλα παραμύθια, λέγει λόγο πιστό, αληθινό.

Τι γράφει η Γένεση, το πρώτο βιβλίο της Παλαιάς Διαθήκης; Οι άνθρωποι, λέγει η Γένεσης, είχαν γίνει σάρκες, σαρκολάτρες, σεξουαλική τρυφή. Αγνόησαν το πνεύμα τους και έκαναν όλα τα αίσχη και τα όργια για να ικανοποιήσουν τη σάρκα τους.

Και άνοιξε ο Θεός τους καταρράκτες του ουρανού και επί 40 ημερονύκτια έβρεχε και υψώθηκε η στάθμη του νερού πάνω από τα βουνά και σκέπασε και τις κορυφές των βουνών και πνίγηκαν όλοι οι άνθρωποι, εκτός από οκτώ ψυχές που μπήκαν μέσα στην Κιβωτό του Νώε. Τι έλεγαν οι άπιστοι, τι έλεγαν οι άθεοι; Μεγάλα παραμύθια γράφει ο Μωυσής.

Σήμερα με πολλές διαφορετικές επιστημονικές μεθόδους επιστημονικές μεθόδους αποδείχθηκε ότι ο κατακλυσμός δεν ήταν παραμύθι αλλά γεγονός και μάλιστα γεγονός παγκόσμιο. Πιστός ο λόγος της Γραφής, αληθινός ο λόγος της Γραφής.

Ένα κορίτσι, 15-16 ετών, χωρική, πτωχή, αγράμματη, άσημη, ταπεινή, η πιο ταπεινή κόρη. Μια μέρα είπε ένα μεγάλο λόγο για τον εαυτό της. Τόσο μεγάλο λόγο δεν είπε ποτέ ούτε πλούσια, ούτε σοφή γυναίκα, ούτε ισχυρή γυναίκα, αρχόντισσα, βασίλισσα, αυτοκρατόρισσα.

Τι είπε αυτό το πτωχοκόριτσο; Από τώρα και στο εξής θα με μακαρίζουν, θα με δοξάζουν, θα με υμνολογούν όλοι οι αιώνες, όλες οι γενεές των ευσεβών ανθρώπων.

Πώς είπε τόσο μεγάλο λόγο για τον εαυτό της η ταπεινή κόρη της Ναζαρέτ;

Την εφώτισε το Άγιο Πνεύμα και την ανάγκασε το Άγιο Πνεύμα να πει τόσο μεγάλο λόγο. Προφητεία ήταν. Και ό,τι είπε έγινε. Μετά το Χριστό που είναι Θεός, κανένα πρόσωπο στον κόσμο δεν τιμάται, δεν δοξάζεται, δεν υμνολογείται και δεν δοξολογείται τόσο όσο η Παναγία μας.

Αισθάνεστε τη δύναμη της απλής αυτής προφητείας;

Ας βγει στον δρόμο, στην πλατεία, η πιο πλούσια, η πιο σοφή, η πιο ισχυρή γυναίκα του κόσμου, η πρώτη κυρία του κόσμου και να πει ότι όλες οι γενεές του μέλλοντος θα την δοξολογούν, θα διαψευστεί. Πέθανε, λησμονήθηκε.

Αυτό το χωρικό, το πτωχό, το αγράμματο, το ταπεινό κορίτσι της Ναζαρέτ, δοξολογείται στους αιώνας, διότι ο λόγος της Γραφής είναι πιστός, αληθινός. Πιστός, αληθινός ο λόγος της Γραφής. Εδώ και 2.500 χρόνια ο προφήτης Ζαχαρίας, ένας από τους 12 προφήτες, προφήτευσε τα αποτελέσματα του θερμικού κύματος όταν γίνεται έκρηξη ατομικής βόμβας.

Τι λέγει ο Θεός μέσα στο βιβλίο του Προφήτου Ζαχαρία; Αυτό θα είναι το μεγαλύτερο κτύπημα. Αυτή θα είναι η μεγαλύτερη συμφορά που θα δώσω εναντίον της αντιθέου ανθρωπότητος. Της ασεβούς ανθρωπότητος. Ποια θα είναι η συμφορά;

Θα χύνονται τα μάτια μέσα από τις κόγχες. Θα χύνεται η γλώσσα σαν νερό. Και θα εξατμίζεται η σάρκα. αυτή των ανθρώπων ισταμένων επί των ποδών αυτών, προτού προλάβουν οι άνθρωποι να πέσουν από τα πόδια τους.

Ακαριαίως, αυτή τη στιγμή θα χύνεται το μάτι, θα χύνεται η γλώσσα, θα εξατμίζεται η σάρκα.

Είναι τα χαρακτηριστικά αποτελέσματα του θερμικού κύματος όταν γίνεται πυρηνική έκρηξη. Άμα σε πάρει το θερμικό κύμα, χύνεται το μάτι, χύνεται η γλώσσα, εξατμίζεται η σάρκα, αυτή τη στιγμή.

Για βάστε να δείτε τι λένε οι πυρηνικοί επιστήμονες. Αυτά είναι τα χαρακτηριστικά της έκρηξης ατομικής βόμβας. Εδώ και 1900 χρόνια ένας ψαράς στη λίμνη της Γεννησαρέτ. Ο Ιωάννης, ο Απόστολος και Ευαγγελιστής και Θεολόγος, προφήτευσε τη φωτογραφική τέχνη και την τηλεόραση.

Ανοίξετε το ενδέκατο κεφάλαιο της Αποκαλύψεως ώστε να ιδείτε. Θα έρθει ο Αντίχριστος και θα έρθουν και οι δύο προφήτες μάρτυρες να διαφωτίσουν τον κόσμο για τον Αντίχριστο και να πολεμήσουν τον Αντίχριστο.

Και με τα κηρύγματά τους θα ταράξουν τις ένοχες συνειδήσεις και με τα τιμωρητικά τους θαύματα θα ταράξουν τις ένοχες συνειδήσεις των ανθρώπων του κόσμου. Και αφού εκτελέσουν την αποστολή τους θα επιτρέψει ο Θεός να τους συλλάβει ο Αντίχριστος και να τους θανατώσει.

Θα τους εκτελέσει σε περίοπτη θέση στην πλατεία της Ιερουσαλήμ, στην πόλη που και ο Κύριός τους εκτελέστηκε. Και οι άνθρωποι, λέει, θα βλέπουν επί τρισήμισι ημέρες το πτώμα, τη θανάτωση, την εκτέλεση των δύο αυτών προφητών και μαρτύρων.

Θα βλέπουν την εκτέλεση επί τρισήμισι ημέρες και θα βλέπουν και τα άταφα πτώματά τους, επίσης επί τρισήμισι ημέρες, μέχρις ότου επέμβει ο Θεός. Η εκτέλεση είναι ένα στιγμιαίο γεγονός, βγάζεις τον περίστροφο και εκτελείς άλλον άνθρωπο.

Πώς θα βλέπουν την εκτέλεση επί τρισήμισι ημέρες; Προφητεύεται εδώ η φωτογραφική τέχνη, φωτογραφίζεται η εκτέλεση και κατόπιν προβάλλεται και δείχνεται τρισήμισι ημέρες. Πώς θα βλέπουν τα πτώματα; Από όλο τον κόσμο θα βλέπουν την εκτέλεση και τα πτώματα, από όλα τα μέρη της γης.

Αφού η εκτέλεση θα γίνει στην Ιερουσαλήμ, τα πτώματα θα είναι στην πλατεία της Ιερουσαλήμ. Πώς θα τα βλέπουν οι άνθρωποι από όλα τα μέρη του κόσμου;

Ολοφάνερη προφητεία για την τηλεόραση. Πιστός ο Λόγος του Θεού. Αληθινός ο Λόγος του Θεού. Πιστός ο λόγος και πάσης αποδοχής άξιος, λέγει αλλού ο Απόστολος. Αληθινός ο Λόγος και άξιος να τον δεχθούμε με όλη την προθυμία μας.

Να Του δώσουμε όλη την εμπιστοσύνη μας, να Τον εγκολπωθούμε, να Τον βάλουμε βαθιά μέσα στην καρδιά μας. Αδελφοί μου, εάν βάλουμε το Λόγο του Θεού, τον αληθινό 100% Λόγο, τον απολύτως αληθινό Λόγο, εάν Τον βάλουμε μέσα στην καρδιά μας, θα έρθουν πλήθος ευλογίες στη ζωή μας.

Ο Λόγος του Θεού φωτίζει τους πιστούς, ρίχνει τον προβολέα Του πέρα από αυτό το μάταιο κόσμο στην απέραντη αιωνιότητα και δείχνει τις ύψιστες πραγματικότητες της αιωνιότητος. Χωρίς το Λόγο του Θεού δεν μπορούμε να ξέρουμε το Θεό και την αιωνιότητα.

Ο Λόγος του Θεού λύει ύψιστα προβλήματα που δεν είναι δυνατόν να λύσουν οι φιλόσοφοι και οι επιστήμονες. Ο Λόγος του Θεού λύει προβλήματα και δράματα των ανθρώπων. Ατομικά, συζυγικά, οικογενειακά, εθνικά, εκκλησιαστικά.

Πανανθρώπινα. Ο Λόγος του Θεού γιγαντώνει μέσα στην ψυχή την πίστη. Όποιος διαβάζει με προσοχή και χωρίς προκατάληψη το Λόγο του Θεού και βλέπει τις χιλιάδες προφητείες της Γραφής και άλλα παράδοξα και υψηλά και καταπληκτικά λόγια, αισθάνεται μέσα του να θεριεύει η πίστη, η πεποίθησης ότι υπάρχει Θεός και ότι ο αληθινός Θεός είναι ο Θεός της Γραφής. Ο Λόγος του Θεού γιγαντώνει την πίστη και αναπτερώνει την ελπίδα, όχι μια μικρή και αμάτια ελπίδα, αλλά τη μεγάλη ελπίδα που ρίχνεται σαν άγκυρα μέσα στην απέραντη αιωνιότητα.

Όσοι δεν πιστεύουν εργάζονται για τα νεκροταφεία, όσοι πιστεύουν εργάζονται για την απέραντη αιωνιότητα και δόξα. Ο Λόγος του Θεού θερμαίνει τις καρδιές, γλυκαίνει τις καρδιές, πτερώνει τις καρδιές, χαρίζει εξάρσεις και αγαλλιάσεις στις καρδιές.

Ο Λόγος του Θεού καθαρίζει τους ανθρώπους από την κοπριά της αμαρτίας. Τι είπε ο Χριστός στους μαθητάς του; ἤδη ὑμεῖς καθαροί ἐστε διὰ τὸν λόγον ὃν λελάληκα ὑμῖν. Εσείς είστε καθαροί διότι πιστεύσατε και εγκολποθήκατε το Λόγο μου που σας ελάλησα, που σας εκήρυξα.

Ο Λόγος του Θεού αγιάζει τον άνθρωπο, ο Λόγος του Θεού δοξάζει τον άνθρωπο. Αγίασον αυτούς εν τη αληθεία σου, είπε ο Χριστός τον Πατέρα για τους δικούς Του, ο λόγος ο σος αλήθεια εστιν. Δόξασέ τους με την αλήθειά σου, ο δικός σου λόγος είναι αλήθεια. Δεν σώζει απλώς ο Λόγος του Θεού, αλλά δοξάζει. Το Ευαγγέλιο λέει ο Παύλος, δύναμις Θεού εστιν εις σωτηρίαν παντί τω πιστεύοντι, Ιουδαίω τε πρώτον και Έλληνι.

Το Ευαγγέλιο είναι δύναμης Θεού προς σωτηρίαν για καθένα που πιστεύει, που έχει καλή διάθεση και βλέπει τις αλήθειες και θαυμάζει και πιστεύει και παραδίδεται με την πίστη στο Θεό. Το Ευαγγέλιο είναι δύναμη που σώζει κάθε πιστό άνθρωπο, Ιουδαίο και Έλληνα.

Αναχωρώντας από τη Μίλητο της αλησμόνητης Μικράς Ασίας, ο Μεγάλος Απόστολος είπε στους ποιμένες και τα νυν παρατίθεμαι υμάς, αδελφοί, τω Θεώ και τω λόγω της χάριτος αυτού τω δυναμένω εποικοδομήσαι υμάς και δούναι υμίν κληρονομίαν εν τοις ηγιασμένοις πάσιν.

Και τώρα, αδελφοί, αναχωρώντας λέγει ο Απόστολος Παύλος τους ποιμένες, σας αναθέτω στο Θεό και δεν λέγει μόνο στο Θεό. και στο λόγο της χαριτός του, στο λόγο που κηρύττει τη χάρη, την άφεση των αμαρτιών, τη σωτηρία του ανθρώπου, αυτός ο λόγος λέγει ο Παύλος, έχει τη δύναμη να σας οικοδομήσει πνευματικά και να σας χαρίσει κλήρο, μερίδιο, κληρονομία, μεταξύ όλων των Αγίων.

Δυνάμει, αδελφοί, του Λόγου του Θεού, οι πιστοί άνθρωποι, όταν αναχωρήσουν από το μάταιο τούτο κόσμο, δυνάμει του Λόγου του Θεού θα υψωθούν πάνω από τα άστρα, πάνω από τους γαλαξίες. Δισεκατομμύρια έτη φωτός είναι η διάμετρος του φυσικού σύμπαντος.

Πάνω από αυτό το σύμπαν, πάνω από αυτό το φυσικό ουρανό υπάρχει ο ουρανός του ουρανού, υπάρχει ο υπερφυσικός κόσμος, υπάρχει ο χώρος της αιωνιότητος, των αΰλων και αθανάτων πνευμάτων. Δυνάμει του Λόγου του Θεού οι πιστοί μετά το θάνατο υψώνονται πάνω από το φυσικό ουρανό στον ουρανό του ουρανού και παραλαμβάνουν Βασιλεία Ασάλευτη, Βασιλεία Αιώνια, Βασιλεία Τρισένδοξη και Πανευφρόσυνη και βασιλεύουν μαζί με τον Χριστό το Βασιλιά των Βασιλιάδων και της Βασιλείας αυτών ουκ έσται τέλος. Αμήν.

Χαίρω και συγχαίρω, διότι αρκετοί προσήλθατε στην αίθουσα για να ακούσετε το Λόγο του Θεού. Αύριο θα είστε περισσότεροι και μεθαύριο θα είστε ακόμη περισσότεροι. Επειδή είστε πιστοί άνθρωποι, θα κάνετε όλοι ιεραποστολή.

Δεν θα σωθεί κανείς που δεν ενδιαφέρεται για τον άλλον άνθρωπο. Για τον συνάνθρωπο, για τον αδερφό. Όποιος κλείνεται στο καβούκι του σαν το σαλιγκάρι, θα πάει στην κόλαση. Όποιος ενδιαφέρεται και για τον άλλον άνθρωπο, αυτός θα σωθεί.

Θα κάνετε ιεραποστολή. Τηλέφωνα έχετε. Να ανάψουν τα σύρματα. Θα ειδοποιήσετε όλους τους γνωστούς σας, οικείους, συγγενείς, φίλους, γνωστούς και θα λέτε και εκείνοι να ειδοποιήσουν άλλους.

Εγώ δεν ήρθα εδώ στον Καναδά για τα δολάριά σας, ούτε ζήτησα ούτε θα ζητήσω ποτέ χρήματα. Εγώ ήρθα από πόθο να κηρύξω το Λόγο του Θεού, πιστός ο Λόγος, αληθινός ο Λόγος. Ήρθα να κηρύξω το Ευαγγέλιο, να κηρύξω την Ορθοδοξία που είναι η γνήσια και αυθεντική μορφή του Χριστιανισμού και να πολεμήσω τις αιρέσεις που μας έπληξαν. Έχετε καθήκον να βοηθήσετε κι εσείς να γίνει όσο το δυνατόν καλύτερο έργο Θεού.

Απόψε και αύριο μέχρι τις 7.30 ώρα, 8 παρά που θα γίνει στην Θεό η δεύτερη ομιλία, θα έχετε ειδοποιήσει και άλλους αδελφούς. Όποιος θα βοηθήσει έναν αδελφό να πλησιάσει το Θεό, να πλησιάσει την Εκκλησία, τα μυστήρια, το κήρυγμα κοντά σε αυτή την ψυχή θα έχει ελπίδα να σωθεί και αυτός.

Όποιος δεν βοηθήσει έστω μια ψυχή να έρθει κοντά στο Θεό, δεν θα σωθεί και αυτός. Αδελφοί μου, ο Θεός μας έδωσε το στόμα όχι τόσο για να τρώμε. Στόμα να τρώνε, έχουν και τα ζώα. Μας έδωκε το στόμα, προπάντων να το ανοίγουμε και να μιλάμε για το Λόγο του Θεού, να μιλάμε με θαυμασμό για το Λόγο του Θεού, να κάνουμε και άλλους ανθρώπους να ζηλέψουν το Λόγο του Θεού και να ενδιαφερθούν, να ανοίξουν τη Γραφή, να τρέξουν στην Εκκλησία, να τρέξουν στην αίθουσα, να ακούσουν το Λόγο του Θεού και όποιος ακούει το Λόγο του Θεού με καλή διάθεση, αισθάνεται πράγματα ανέκφραστα μέσα του.

Αισθάνεται μέσα του να λαχταράει κάθε είδος μεγαλείου. Ένα δεκάλεπτο μπορείτε να υποβάλλετε ερωτήσεις. Αύριο θα διαθέσουμε μάλλον περισσότερο χρόνο για ερωτήσεις.

Τι λέει εδώ, κι άλλες ερωτήσεις να υποβάλλετε. Ο Επίσκοπός μας έγραψε τα Χριστούγεννα του 1993 ότι η Παναγία γέννησε με πόνους το πρώτο της παιδί. Είναι αλήθεια αυτό; Στηρίζεται στη Γραφή; Τι λέτε, αγαπητή μου, γράφτηκε τέτοιο πράγμα;

Ε, γεγονός. Εδώ ένα άλλο χαρτί, τι είναι αυτό, ένα δημοσίευμα βλέπω, Γεια Συγλόμπερ, Επίσκοπος Σωτηρίου, ας πάμε μέχρι τη Βηθλεέμ, Χριστούγεννα 1993. Εδώ βλέπω ένα σημείο να υπογραμμίζεται, μα ήλθε η ώρα της Μαρίας, την έπιασαν οι πόνοι και γέννησε το πρώτο της παιδί.

Το σπαργάνωσε και το πλάγιασε στη φάτνη. Τι πράγματα είναι αυτά, τι πράγματα είναι αυτά. Είναι λόγος πιστός αυτός ή λόγος ασεβής;

Η θεολογία της Εκκλησίας διδάσκει ότι η Παναγία γέννησε ανωδύνως, χωρίς οδύνες, χωρίς πόνο στον τοκετό, διότι γέννησε ως παρθένος. Αυτό διδάσκει η Θεολογία. Δεν πέρασε από θεολογική σχολή ο επίσκοπός σας, ασφαλώς πέρασε. Συγγνώμη, η Παναγία γέννησε ανωδύνως, χωρίς πόνους στον τοκετό. Αυτό διδάσκει η δογματική της Ορθοδόξου Εκκλησίας.

Και αυτό που λέει γέννησε το πρώτο της παιδί σημαίνει ότι ακολούθησαν και άλλα παιδιά όπως το λέει. Αυτό είναι άλλη βλασφημία, άλλη αίρεσης. Για να διαβάσουμε όταν πάτε στο σπίτι να ανοίξετε το βιβλίο των Παροιμιών στην Παλαιά Διαθήκη, στο τέταρτο κεφάλαιο και να διαβάστε από την αρχή.

Εκεί στην αρχή παρουσιάζεται να ομιλεί όχι ως συγγραφεύς των Παροιμιών, ο Σολομών, γιατί αυτός δεν ήταν μονογενής στη μητέρα του. Ομιλεί ο Χριστός, η σοφία του Θεού Πατρός, η ενυπόστατη σοφία, ο Χριστός και δίνει συμβουλές στα παιδιά.

Και τι λέει, σύμφωνα με το εβραϊκό κείμενο, παιδιά να ακούτε τους γονείς σας.

Εστάθην και εγώ, Υιός του Πατρός μου, σαν να λέει και εγώ που είμαι Θεός, εδώ κάτω στη γη απέκτησα πατέρα, όχι φυσικό πατέρα βέβαια, αλλά κατά νόμο θετό πατέρα, τον Ιωσήφ, τον προστάτη της Παρθένου, πατέρα τον ονομάζει το Ευαγγέλιο, κατά νόμο ήταν πατέρας, ας μην ήταν φυσικός πατέρας.

Και εγώ υπήρξα, Εστάθην Υιός του Πατρός μου, Αγαπητός και Μονογενής στην Μητέρα μου.

Μονογενής, Μοναχογιός στη Μητέρα μου. Και ενώ ήμουν μονάκριβο παιδί και αγαπητό, έκανα υπακοή στους γονείς. Τι θα πει Μονογενής, τι θα πει Μονογενής, ελληνική λέξη είναι.

Είχε άλλα παιδιά η Παναγία; Ότι είχε άλλα παιδιά η Παναγία, αυτό το λένε οι αιρετικοί, οι προτεστάντες και οι ψευδομάρτυρες του Ιεχωβά. Να πω και ένα άλλο χωρίο που μου αρέσει ιδιαίτερα, καταπληκτικό χωρίο, πολύ όμορφο.

Είναι στο 44ο κεφάλαιο του Ιεζεκίλ, στην αρχή.

Εκεί στον Ιεζεκιήλ, σε πολλά κεφάλαια, περιγράφεται ένας μεγάλος ναός, πολλά διαμερίσματα, αντικείμενα. Ποτέ δεν κτίστηκε ένας τέτοιος ναός, δεν πρόκειται για υλικό ναό, για κτίριο, συμβολικά ομιλεί η Γραφή, πρόκειται για την εκκλησία, τον πνευματικό ναό.

Σε μια στιγμή ο Θεός που μιλεί στον προφήτη Ιεζεκιήλ, εφιστά την προσοχή του προφήτου σε μια πύλη του ναού ανατολικά και του λέει παράδοξα, πολύ παράδοξα λόγια.

Αυτή η πύλη κατά ανατολάς, λέγει ο Θεός τον Προφήτη, θα είναι κλεισμένη, σφραγισμένη, δεν θα ανοιχθεί, δεν θα περάσει άνθρωπος από αυτή την πύλη, από αυτή την πόρτα. Διότι πέρασε ο Κύριος, ο Θεός του Ισραήλ, και Αυτός πέρασε χωρίς να ανοιχθεί η πόρτα, θαυματουργικώς δηλαδή.

Η πύλη παρέμεινε και θα παραμένει κλειστή.

Ένας ωραίος συμβολικός τρόπος για να δείξει την αειπαρθενία της Θεοτόκου. Η Παρθένος έχει τρία άστρα, Παρθένος προ του τόκου, εν τω τόκω και μετά τον τόκον, Αειπάρθενος. Δεν είχε άλλα παιδιά η Παναγία. Γι' αυτό πάνω από το Σταυρό ο Χριστός ανέθεσε την προστασία της μητέρας του στο μαθητή του τον Ιωάννη, γύναι ιδού ο Υιός σου, Ιωάννη ιδού η μήτηρ σου.

Σαν να έλεγε ο Χριστός, μητέρα, ένα παιδί είχες. Ο φθόνος και η κακία και η μοχθηρία των αρχιερέων, των δεσποτάδων, το ανέβασε στο σταυρό. Τώρα θα κάνεις παιδί σου τον Ιωάννη, αυτός θα σε προστατεύσει. Έτσι ο Χριστός εμπιστεύτηκε παρθένο μητέρα σε παρθένο μαθητή.

Αυτά είναι η αίρεση να πείτε στον Δεσποτά σας, που οσάκις έρχομαι εδώ ταράσσεται και δεν μου έδωκε ποτέ ναό να κηρύξω, γιατί νομίζει ότι να είναι τσιφλίκια του. Εσείς κτίσατε τους ναούς, αυτός τους εκμεταλλεύεται, δεν ανήκουν οι ναοί στους Δεσποτάδες, ανήκουν στο λαό του Θεού.

Αυτά είναι αιρετικά πράγματα και όποιος λέει αιρετικά είναι άξιος καθαιρέσεως.
